TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Minimum stay: Two (2) nights
  • Rates: All rates are based on two (2) guests and are in $AU (rates are subject to change without notice).
  • Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests
  • Extra guests charged at $40 per person per night.
  • Check-in: 2pm - Check-out: 10 am.
  • Payment: Accepted payment methods include credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Direct Deposit.
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Balance: Due 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations:
    15 - 30 Days Notice - $25 Admin fee incurred.
    8 - 14 Days Notice - 50% of tariff.
    Less than 7 days notice - 100% of tariff (unless re-let).
    No Refunds are available for early departures.
