This is the most challenging route in the Mansfield area. It connects the Delatite and Howqua River valleys via a long, technical climb over loose surfaces (some roads shared with 4WDs). It's a true gravel adventure marked by lengthy, arduous climbs and equally long descents on 4WD tracks with extremely variable surfaces, demanding a riders' full attention. Expert riders will be rewarded with dramatic vegetation changes, three river crossings, and breathtaking views of Timbertop and the Great Dividing Range.

Note - This route is recommended for dry weather only due to the required creek crossings and high elevation, always check the weather forecast before heading out for a ride in Victoria's alps. This route is only open in the Green season from November to early May.
