Fire ignites the weekend on Friday night with a wild, open-flame feast led by Mansfield chef Cody Louis, pairing bold High Country flavours with Swiftcrest Distillery whisky and gin.
Saturday roars to life with the Mansfield Hunting & Fishing Outdoor Expo taking over town — 200+ stallholders, live demos, competitions, entertainment and nonstop action in a free, family-friendly celebration of the outdoors.
Sunday is where you get out there. Cast lines, hit the trails, chase waterfalls and sharpen your skills across the High Country.

FRIDAY 27 FEBRUARY
Kick off the weekend with a relaxed and flavour filled evening celebrating wild food and local produce presented by Swiftcrest Distillery. Join well-known Mansfield local chef Cody Louis (Honcho, Stallion, Coffee Merchant) as he serves up a curated menu showcasing the versatility and deliciousness of produce from our region.
Enjoy a welcome cocktail from their range of Dutch Apple Pie Moonshine, Whisky, Vodka or Gin. Hank and Carrie Thierry welcome you to Swiftcrest Distillery for a feast cooked over fire in a unique outdoor kitchen, this intimate dining experience will set the tone for the weekend.

SATURDAY 28 FEBRUARY
Back for the second running, the Mansfield Hunting & Fishing Outdoor Expo sees over 200 stallholders transform the town centre into a buzzing hub of outdoor culture.
Explore the latest in hunting, fishing, camping and outdoor equipment, live demonstrations, competitions, entertainment and sample a huge range of food and drink offerings.
With free parking at the Mansfield Showgrounds and Mansfield Racecourse and shuttle buses running to the event site, Saturday is a big, vibrant and family-friendly celebration of the great outdoors.

SUNDAY 1 MARCH
Sunday is where it all comes to life. After a weekend of inspiration and gear discovery, it’s time to head out and experience the High Country for yourself.
Join local fly fishing tours, guided bushwalks, hands-on workshops and outdoor experiences across the region. Cast a line into river or lake, trek to stunning waterfalls, learn how to care for your hunting equipment, or sharpen your skills on the smoker or grill.
This is your invitation to step beyond the expo and truly find your wild.
