A proud Gunditjmara and Palawa man, chef Zach Green of Elijah’s Kitchen entwines his culture through every aspect of his work. The very concept of the pop-up kitchen draws from traditional Indigenous culture, being nomadic and chasing seasonal ingredients, but it is the storytelling that lasts in the minds of patrons.
