Women's Mountain Bike Clinic: 30-31 January

On January 30-31, Mt Buller will host a women's MTB clinic with expert tuition by the 2009 Elite Women's World Champion rider Caroline Buchanan. This dedicated women's clinic aims to improve skill, confidence, endurance and overall riding performance for beginner and intermediate riders. Throughout the weekend we will cover: bike setup, clothing, equipment, maintenance, proper nutrition, riding techniques including climbing, descending, obstacles, switchbacks, cornering and more.

The Mt Buller women's clinic includes:

• All equipment including latest Cross Country mountain bike, helmet and gloves with an option to upgrade to a full suspension bike.
• Horse Hill chair lift access.
• Lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
• 1 day of coaching with Caroline Buchanan.
• 1 day Delatite River Trail tour with All Terrain Cycles including return transport.
