Rail Trail nearing completion! Click here for latest update!  Mansfield to Bonnie Doon  Ride a bike, a horse or walk this scenic trail through picturesque farming country. The trail crosses over Lake Eildon at Bonnie Doon, a great spot to view the activities on the lake. The Goulburn River High Country Rail Trail will be a shared pathway for cyclists,walkers and horses. The trail follows the disused rail line for 134km from Tallarook through Yea to Mansfield, with a link between Cathkin and Alexandra. Traversing the Mansfield, Murrundindi and Mitchell Shires, the trail will be progressively opened in sections with a completion date in early 2012. View www.victorianrailtrails.com.au/
